Still Rise Coffee was founded by Robert Hughes, it was born from a desire to build a conscientious hospitality business with the intention that one day it can be an industry changer, progressing towards responsible ideals, whilst doing the best it can to advance on its mission.

Our locally roasted House Blend uses beans from the finest speciality coffee farmers of Brazil, Colombia and El Salvador, the beans have been expertly selected for their desirable palette of chocolate notes and fruit-esque punch.. Single origins and guest coffees are also frequently available, all our coffee is sourced fair trade and organic where possible.
